FCE Junior Tennis Program – Summer 2011

Welcome to the FCE Junior Tennis Program – We expect to continue our lesson program and offer some new match play challenges in 2011.

Tennis Coach John Myers, and his sons, Jim and Steve.  Mr. Myers is currently the tennis coach for the 2009 VHSL Northern Virginia Regional Champions, Thomas Jefferson HS for Science and Technology.  Before that he coached at Lake Braddock High School.  Mr. Myers and his sons will give group lessons and coach in preparation for NVTL match play for more experienced players.

Children 6 years and older and adults younger than 19 years old are eligible.

Practices to begin June 6 on Mondays and Tuesdays. Practices will move to Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings beginning June 27 and continue through July 28. Matches will take place Wednesday mornings. [DETAILS]

We will practice at our own courts. Our courts are located at 5601 Snowy Owl Drive.    Matches will be played both here and at opponents' courts in Fairfax County.
