Monday thru Thursday, 3:30 - 8 p.m.

Sundays & holidays, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

June 21 - Sept. 5:

Monday thru Friday, 12 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Member Fees

Fairfax Club Estates Homeowners:  For 2011 Fairfax Club Estates homeowners pay annual dues ($460) that provide them full access to the pool and any associated pool events.  Homeowners are billed twice a year.  Tenants living in Fairfax Club Estate properties are also granted full access to the pool, unless the landlord has specifically stipulated use of the pool is not a part of their contract with the tenant.  (This may be the case if the homeowner lives in the local area and uses the pool).

Fairfax Club Estates Summer Members:  In 2011, summer members pay annual dues ($468) that provide them full access to the pool and any associated pool events.  Summer members must make their payment in full prior to pool opening.  Summer members must renew their membership each year.  Applications for summer membership are now being accepted.  Mail by May 10 to swim on opening day.

Swim Lessons

CRYSTAL AQUATICS will furnish certified instructors for group swim classes.  CRYSTAL AQUATICS will conduct and supervise all swimming lessons and be designated the sole supplier of said lessons.  The cost for the classes will be paid by the individuals in the classes and are not the responsibility of the Owner.  The cost for said lessons will be at the prevailing annual rate.  The current rates are as follows:  Group Swimming Lessons:  $55.00 per eight 30 minute sessions.  Private Lessons:  $20.00 per 30 minute session.

To sign up for swim lessons, please speak to any of the lifeguard staff on duty and they will assist you.

Pool Rules

Pool rules (as versus Pool Procedures) are established by FCE HOA Pool Committee Chairperson.  Check this out if you want to hold a private function and want the pool to stay open past normal operating hours.
